I found this business online and was looking for plantation shutters to be installed at my holiday home in South Gippsland. Nigel met me at my home 1.5hrs from my home in South Yarra to provide a quote. I was taken back by the professionalism and was thankful that Nigel went out of his way to provide the quote. After all, there was no obligation for me to proceed. He arrived. Measured the windows in my five bedroom holiday house and I placed the order. Very affordable. Top quality. From city to country; I can’t recommend enough.

The process was very easy from beginning to end. Nigel was easy to deal with, quick responses and very knowledgeable. The shutters look amazing, are great quality and have transformed the front of our house. Alina in admin was also very efficient, as was the installer. I could not recommend this company more! Nigel was wonderful from start to finish. We had some tricky windows to fit and another company had told us we would not be able to have plantation shutters due to this. But Nigel offered solutions which still gave us what we wanted. We also had a small glitch which was rectified in person within a few hours, so their after service is great too. We are also extremely pleased with the results, the shutters look great and feel nice to use. Thank you Nigel and the team.
