Nigel was professional, very patient with all my questions and punctual when attending my address or returning phone calls. Boris did an awesome job of installing the shutters. I found this business online and was looking for plantation shutters to be installed at my holiday home in South Gippsland. Nigel met me at my home 1.5hrs from my home in South Yarra to provide a quote. I was taken back by the professionalism and was thankful that Nigel went out of his way to provide the quote. After all, there was no obligation for me to proceed. He arrived. Measured the windows in my five bedroom holiday house and I placed the order. Very affordable. Top quality. From city to country; I can’t recommend enough.

Nigel was prompt to give us a quote and do the work. Made the whole thing really easy and the blinds we got were great. They even sent someone back, outside of warranty to replace a chain that got accidentally broken! Highly recommended A+.

The process was very easy from beginning to end. Nigel was easy to deal with, quick responses and very knowledgeable. The shutters look amazing, are great quality and have transformed the front of our house. Alina in admin was also very efficient, as was the installer. Nigel is coming back to measure up another window we’ve recently installed and once we’ve finished our renovations we’ll need to order more! Would highly recommend.
