We had some tricky windows to fit and another company had told us we would not be able to have plantation shutters due to this. But Nigel offered solutions which still gave us what we wanted. We also had a small glitch which was rectified in person within a few hours, so their after service is great too. Nigel met me at my home 1.5hrs from my home in South Yarra to provide a quote. I was taken back by the professionalism and was thankful that Nigel went out of his way to provide the quote.
